For HVAC, plumbing, electrical & pest shops in LA

Every missed call gets a text back.

You're on a roof or under a house. The phone rings, nobody answers, and they call the next company. NovaTech texts them back in about 2 minutes with a link to book, so the job stays yours.

Built by a working HVAC tech. Month to month, no contracts.

Where the jobs leak out

  1. Calls you can't answer

Hands full, ladder, crawlspace, driving. Most people won't leave a voicemail. They just call the next shop on Google.

  2. Texts that sit for hours

By the time you reply at 7 PM, they've already booked someone else.

  3. A week that lives in your head

You turn down work because you can't see what's open, or you drive across town twice in one day.

How it works

Nothing new to learn. It works with the number your customers already call.

  1. You miss a callNothing changes for you. Keep working.
  2. They get a text in about 2 minutesFriendly, in your shop's name, with a link to book. If you call them back first, it doesn't send.
  3. They tell you what's wrongThe link asks what's going on, their address and a good time. No app to download.
  4. It lands on your scheduleYou see the new lead on your phone and confirm. Done.

Built by someone in the trades

HVAC techElectrical apprenticeshipSouth Bay

I'm Jonathan Flores. I work HVAC five days a week and did a year as an electrical apprentice before that. I know what it's like to hear the phone buzz in your pocket while you're brazing a line set.

NovaTech is the system I wish every small shop had: simple, works from your phone, and set up by someone who talks your language. You deal with me directly, not a call center.

The first shop we built it for

A father-and-son pest control company in the San Fernando Valley that runs everything off one phone. What we built:

  • Missed-call text-back from their own number
  • A "What's going on?" booking page that puts customers on the next day they're in that area, with a 2-hour arrival window
  • Customer list built from years of old texts
  • Crew routes, bills by text and a new website

It's being switched on at their shop now. No made-up numbers here: results go up once there's real data.

Simple pricing

One setup fee, then one monthly price. Month to month, cancel anytime.

Every plan is set up by hand after your free audit. Texting from your shop's number needs approval from the phone carriers, which usually takes 1 to 2 weeks.

AI Front Desk

An AI assistant answers when you can't, gets the details, and hands the caller to you.

+$99/month

+ $300 one-time setup

Built and tested, not answering real calls yet. Works with any plan. Includes up to 300 answered calls a month.

  • Answers your line on no-answer or busy, and says up front that it's an automated assistant
  • Gets what's wrong, how urgent, the address, name and callback number
  • During your hours it rings you and whispers a one-line summary before connecting
  • After hours it takes a message and texts you the summary; emergencies can still ring through
  • Gas, CO or fire: tells the caller to get out and call 911 first
  • Never quotes prices or books on its own. No call audio is recorded

Founding shops: half off setup

The first 3 shops get 50% off the setup fee. In return, once it's working for you, you agree to an honest review and let me show what we built (with your OK on anything that names your shop).

Prices are in US dollars. Ad spend for Google or Meta is paid by you directly to them and is not included. You own your domain and website files.

Who it's for

Owner-operators and small crews, 1 to 10 trucks, in Los Angeles and the South Bay.

  • HVAC
  • Plumbing
  • Electrical
  • Pest control
  • Handyman
  • Garage doors
  • Roofing
  • Landscaping
  • Pool service
  • Appliance repair

Google and Meta ads

Want more calls, not just fewer missed ones? We build the whole path from a search to a booked job, and track it so you can see where every dollar went.

  • Google Ads

Show up when someone searches "AC repair near me." Search and local campaigns built on high-intent keywords, with call tracking, conversion tracking and weekly negative-keyword cleanup.

  • Meta Ads

Facebook and Instagram ads that keep your shop in front of people until they're ready to call: retargeting, custom audiences, lead forms and creative testing.

  • Landing pages

Ad clicks go to a fast, mobile page built for that campaign, with a big call button and a short form, not your home page.

Ads-only plans

Ads Starter

One platform, one landing page. For shops trying paid ads for the first time.

$1,000–$1,500/month

+ ad spend, paid by you directly to Google or Meta

  • Google Ads or Meta Ads (one platform)
  • 1 landing page with call and form tracking
  • 2 short videos for ads each month
  • Call and conversion tracking
  • Monthly report: spend, calls, leads, cost per lead

Management fee ranges depend on your trade, area and goals; the free audit gets you an exact number. Ad spend is paid by you directly to Google or Meta and isn't included. Month to month, and you can add ads to any plan.

Questions

Do I need a new phone number?

Usually no. We set it up to work with the number your customers already call. The exact setup depends on your phone and carrier, so we check that on the first call before you pay anything.

Will it text people I don't want it to?

It only texts people who called you and didn't get through. It skips private and blocked numbers, short codes, numbers you put on a skip list, and anyone you already called or texted back.

Is this legal? I've heard about texting fines.

Replying to someone who just called you is a normal business reply, not a marketing blast. We don't send promotional texts to your customers unless they've agreed to get them, and every marketing text includes a way to opt out.

How long does setup take?

Plan on 1 to 2 weeks. Most of that is waiting for the phone carriers to approve texting from your number. A website or the Full Office setup runs at the same time and depends on how fast we get your photos, services and service areas.

Is there a contract?

No. It's month to month. Cancel anytime before your next billing date and you won't be charged again.

What happens if I cancel?

You keep your domain and we hand over your website files. We turn off the text-back and send you an export of your leads.

Do you run ads too?

Yes. See the ads plans; you can run them on their own or alongside any other plan. You pay the ad spend straight to Google or Meta, so you always see exactly what was spent.

What is the AI Front Desk? Will customers know it's not a person?

It's coming soon: built and tested, but not answering real calls yet. It's an AI assistant that picks up when you can't. The first thing it says is that it's an automated assistant for your shop. It asks what's going on, how urgent it is, the address and a callback number, then rings you with a quick summary or texts it to you after hours. It doesn't quote prices, diagnose problems or book jobs on its own, and it doesn't record the call audio.

Free 20-minute audit

Tell me a little about your shop. I'll reply within one business day, usually the same evening.

Before we talk, I look at:

  • Your Google Business Profile and reviews
  • Any ads you're running now
  • Who shows up above you in your area
  • Your website on a phone
  • Your social pages
  • Where calls and leads are slipping

On the call I show you what I found and which plan, if any, makes sense. If it's not a fit, I'll tell you.

Goes straight to me. No spam, no mailing list. See the privacy policy.
