Everything we build

Tools that answer, book, bill and bring in work.

Every tool here started as something I built for a real shop or for my own businesses. Pick one or stack them. The free audit tells you which ones will pay for themselves first.

Missed-Call Rescue

From $149/mo + $300 setup

When you can't pick up, the caller gets a text in about 2 minutes with a link to tell you what's wrong and pick a time.

  • Texts from your shop's name; skips private numbers and anyone you already called back
  • New leads land in one list on your phone
  • Monthly report: missed calls, replies, jobs booked

Good for: any shop that misses calls on the job.

AI Front Desk

Coming soon · +$99/mo + $300 setup, on any plan

An AI assistant answers when you can't, gets the details, and hands the caller to you. It says up front that it's automated.

  • Gets what's wrong, how urgent, the address and a callback number
  • During your hours it rings you with a one-line summary first; after hours it texts you the message
  • Gas, CO or fire: tells the caller to get out and call 911. Never quotes prices or books on its own

Good for: shops that lose calls to voicemail even with text-back. Built and tested, not answering real calls yet.

Office app

Part of Full Office: $449/mo + $2,500 setup

The system I built for a father-and-son pest control shop that ran everything off one phone. It's being switched on at their shop now.

  • Online booking by area and day, with 2-hour arrival windows
  • Crew routes: each tech sees only their stops, with one-tap directions
  • Customer list built from old texts; bill by text with a pay link
  • Logins for owner, office and crew

Good for: 1 to 10 trucks that drive across town more than they should.

Websites

Website + Rescue: $249/mo + $1,200 setup

A fast, phone-friendly site that looks like a real company and turns visitors into calls.

  • 5 pages: services, areas, reviews, booking, about
  • Privacy, terms and cookie pages done right, plus accessibility checks
  • Google Business Profile cleanup; hosting and small edits included

Good for: shops with no site, or one that breaks on a phone.

Google & Meta ads

$1,000–3,500/mo + ad spend

Show up when people search for your service, and stay in front of them until they call. Every call and form is tracked.

  • Google search and local campaigns, Facebook and Instagram ads
  • A landing page built for each campaign
  • Short ad videos each month; report on spend, calls and cost per lead

Good for: shops that already answer every call and want more of them.

Lead finder

Coming soon · priced after the free audit

A ranked list of businesses worth calling, delivered every morning. It runs on our own server and only uses public listings and official data.

  • Finds businesses that match your best customer, in the cities you pick
  • Scores each one and says why in one line, like "no website" or "reviews say hard to reach"
  • Logs who you called so it never sends the same name twice

Good for: commercial and B2B work, like property managers, restaurants or offices. You do the calling; the list never contacts anyone.

AI content & clips

Priced after the free audit

Turn the videos you already have into a steady stream of short posts, and fill the gaps with AI-made visuals.

  • Auto-clipping: long videos cut into captioned shorts for TikTok, Reels and YouTube
  • AI-made images and short videos for ads and posts, always labeled as AI where the platform asks
  • A posting plan you approve before anything goes out

Good for: shops with job-site footage, walkthroughs or a YouTube channel nobody watches.

Custom bots & dashboards

Quoted per project

If you do something by hand every day, it can probably run on its own. I build the same kinds of tools I run for my own businesses.

  • Scanners and alerts: new listings, price drops, deals that match what you buy
  • Telegram or text alerts and one-tap approvals from your phone
  • Dashboards that pull your numbers into one page

Good for: a repeat task you can explain in one sentence. You get a fixed quote before any work starts.

Roofing OS

Pilot: taking our first roofing shop · $350/mo + $1,500 setup

Estimates, materials list and contract draft from a dictated job. Your estimator says the job out loud or types it, and gets all three back in seconds.

  • Estimate with your name, license number and extras like pipe boots, vents, skylights and dry rot
  • Materials list for your supplier, with how each line was figured
  • Anything not said gets a default that's listed on screen, so you can see every assumption

Where it stands: it works today on sample prices; your price book goes in during setup. E-sign isn't connected yet, so the contract is a draft you send the usual way. The pilot is free on your next 5 estimates.

Not sure where to start?

Most shops start with Missed-Call Rescue, add a website, then ads once every call gets answered. The free audit takes 20 minutes and you'll know exactly what to do first.
